Caitlin Prasser – Operations Manager
As Operations Manager Caitlin oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of The Family Law Book to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of our communications with subscribers. She is responsible for general operational management, team leadership and ensuring that our services meet established quality and standards of subscriber expectations.
Caitlin was born in Malaysia and grew up on the sunny Gold Coast. She joined The Family Law Book team in 2012 and has been an essential part of the business ever since. With a strong focus on administration and behind-the-scenes support, Caitlin helps keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. Her friendly nature, reliability, and deep understanding of the business makes her a valued member of the team.
Outside of work, Caitlin is a proud mum of four and enjoys an active lifestyle. She loves going to the gym, relaxing at the beach, and travelling whenever she gets the chance.
