Job Advertisement: Publishers Agent / Account Manager (Contractor)

The Family Law Book is seeking a motivated and experienced Publishers Agent / Account Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to engage with both existing and new clients in the legal profession, and to contribute to the growth of our business.

About the Role: As a Publishers Agent, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with clients, with a focus on sales, marketing, and customer support. You will also represent the company at conferences and trade exhibitions annually. The role is remote, with flexible hours and a focus on delivering excellent service to our clients.

What We’re Looking For – The ideal candidate should:

  • Be an experienced professional with a solid understanding of legal terminology, ideally having worked as a Practice Manager, Paralegal, or in a similar role within a law firm(but not essential).
  • Be comfortable working remotely, using their own computer and mobile phone.
  • Have a proven track record in sales and marketing, particularly over the phone.
  • Be able to attend annual conferences and trade exhibitions as the company’s representative.
  • Be proficient in using CRM platforms to manage and track client information and sales data.
  • Hold Australian Tax residency and possess an ABN, with the ability to provide monthly invoices.
  • Have native-level English proficiency.
  • Be able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across 5 days, primarily during business hours.
